You know what I’ve been doing over the past few months? I’ve been doing my best to not blog or think about anything that goes on at this site. I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but I’ve been doing nothing, and sometimes this can lead to some…unpleasant thoughts.

Truth is, I don’t get a lot of comments here, I don’t get a lot of email, and I think I pretty much don’t get a lot of people who are interested in checking out this site. I mean, heck, it’s a spare-time project, I just do it for my own personal reasons. It has no real purpose, and so I don’t think I’m doing anything right to attract anyone else.

On the other hand, some people just don’t think it’s a big deal. One of my few friends who are all on social media think I should just let it go because “Blogging is for the idiots.” Which is a bit odd, because I’ve always been a bit of a nerd at heart. I spend time on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube now, but I tend to keep those things to a minimum. I’d rather spend my precious time creating art, or creating random stories.

So while I don’t think I’m doing anything right, I also don’t want to stop any sort of things I am doing. So what’s the solution? My friend suggested I post more often. I agree, I’m going to try to post more often. I already post twice a month now, so I’m going to try to post three times a month. I don’t know if that’s going to work, but it’s something. I’m not going to be posting every day (where I can), but I’m going to try to post more often than I have been.
